Your license to use PDF Hanko, what a digital stamp is and isn't, PDF Hanko Pro subscriptions, and the limits of our liability.
These terms govern your use of PDF Hanko ("the app"), provided by Z-SOFT CO., LTD ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Digital stamps and your documents
A stamp made or placed with the app is an image of a seal. It is not a qualified electronic signature or a certified timestamp. Whether a stamped PDF is valid depends on your agreement with the recipient and on applicable law. You are responsible for your documents, for whether you may stamp or sign them, and for checking the recipient's requirements.
Do not create or use a stamp in someone else's name without their permission.
3. PDF Hanko Pro
- The monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel or change your plan in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that stays active on devices using the same store account.
- Payments and refunds follow Apple's or Google's terms. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
4. Your data
The app stores data only on your device, and we keep no backup. We are not responsible for data lost to a broken or lost device, or to deleting the app. Export important documents regularly.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it fits a particular purpose, that OCR or autofill results are accurate, or that it works on every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when they are published on this page.
