A PDF app that works offline
Open the PDF you were sent, add your hanko, sign it and send it back. Paper documents can be scanned into PDFs too. Everything happens on your device, and nothing is sent anywhere.
How it works
No printing, no scanning it back in.
From Mail or the Files app, or straight from another app's Share menu.
Tap Stamp, pick a seal, and drag it into place at the size you want.
Write your signature once with your finger or Apple Pencil. After that it's one tap.
Lock your edits into the PDF and send it by mail, to Files, to a printer or any other app.
Your edits are saved as a draft as you go. The original PDF isn't changed until you save.
Digital hanko
Choose the typeface, the rim, the ink — vermilion, red, black or navy — and anything from a crisp print to the worn look of a real stamp. Make it once, use it on every document.
In the free version you can make one stamp of your own. The sample stamps that come with the app are always free.
Scan and OCR
The camera finds the corners of the page, straightens it and cleans it up so it's easy to read. You can stamp the scanned PDF right away.
Form autofill
The app finds fields like Name, Address and 印 in the PDF and fills them from your profile — and puts your signature and stamp where they belong.

The monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel or change your plan any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Apple or Google handles the payment; PDF Hanko never receives your payment details.
Prices are Japanese App Store prices including tax. They differ by country; the app shows the price for your store before you buy. The app contains no ad SDK.
FAQ
Yes. Editing, stamping, signing, scanning and OCR all run on your device. The only time it goes online is to buy or restore Pro.
No. PDF Hanko has no server and no accounts. A document leaves the app only when you share, export or print it.
PDF Hanko places an image of a seal, not a qualified electronic signature. Check with whoever you're sending to whether a stamped PDF is enough.
Yes, with Pro. Press it on white paper and photograph it, or import an image; the background is removed and you get a transparent seal.
